Desert Island Discs & book: OK, I had never heard of Desert Island Discs; I had to Google it. For the books, I understand we have Shakespeare and the Bible by default? Is that non-negotiable? I mean, as I’m Italian, could I have Dante’s Divina Commedia instead of Shakespeare? And as I’m an atheist, could I waive the Bible and have two other books? It’s too hard to choose just one.
